- GEOACTA: “10 years of the Argentinean-German Geodetic Observatory (AGGO)”
Estimados colegas y amigos,
desde el Subcomité de Geodesia del CNUGGI, el Observatorio Argentino-Alemán de Geodesia (AGGO), la Agencia Federal para la Cartografía y la Geodesia (BKG) y la Asociación Argentina de Geofísicos y Geodestas (AAGG), tenemos el agrado de invitarlos a contribuir al Volumen Especial “10 años del Observatorio Argentino-Alemán de Geodesia (AGGO)” que será publicado en la revista GEOACTA (https://revistas.unlp.edu.ar/geoacta).
El observatorio fundamental de geodesia AGGO se estableció en el año 2015 como un proyecto conjunto entre el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) y la BKG. Desde su fundación, AGGO ha contribuido no sólo con datos geodésicos de alta calidad sino también en el desarrollo de nuevas líneas de investigación, recursos humanos y el establecimiento de diversas colaboraciones y centro de análisis de datos.
Por esta razón y celebrando sus primeros 10 años de operación, este Volumen Especial intenta reunir artículos científicos, artículos breves, reportes técnicos, revisiones e historias y conmemoraciones no sólo relacionadas a las distintas técnicas operadas en AGGO, sino también a aquellas investigaciones que contribuyeron o contribuyen al mismo. En el documento adjunto podrán encontrar la información detallada del Volumen Especial. La fecha límite para envío de trabajos es: 15 de diciembre de 2025. on behalf of the Subcommittee on Geodesy of the CNUGGI, the Argentinean-German Geodetic Observatory (AGGO), the Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) and the Argentinean Association of Geophysicists and Geodesists (AAGG), we are pleased to invite you to contribute to the Special Issue “10 years of the Argentinean-German Geodetic Observatory (AGGO)”, to be published in the journal GEOACTA (https://revistas.unlp.edu.ar/geoacta).
The fundamental geodetic observatory AGGO was established in 2015 as a joint project between the Argentinean National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) and BKG. Since its foundation, AGGO has contributed not only with high-quality geodetic data, but also to the establishment of new research groups, data analysis centres and collaborations.
For this reason and celebrating its first 10 years of operation, this Special Issue intends to gather scientific articles, short notes, reviews, technical reports, and Histories and Commemorations related not only to the various techniques operated at AGGO, but also to those investigations that contributed and contribute to it.
