En Gemini Norte: &lsquo;Alopeke (c&aacute;mara tipo speckle) y MAROON-X (espectr&oacute;grafo de alta resoluci&oacute;n).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Gemini est&aacute; compilando estad&iacute;sticas de g&eacute;nero para medir y monitorear la igualdad de g&eacute;nero entre las propuestas presentadas y las que reciben tiempo. Several activities were carried including documentary screening, discovering the solar system using Stellarium, telescope observations and a brief explanation of the conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn that took place on December 21. The activity was accompanied by sign language.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank Pide Aristide Ahanhanzo for sharing the news with us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Largest-ever survey exposes career obstacles for LGBTQ scientists<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scientists who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer (LGBTQ) are more likely to experience harassment and career obstacles than their non-LGBTQ colleagues. The set will include an introductory section to inclusive outreach, a basic good practices document, a set of simple activities with detailed instructions, and a contact to get assistance if needed. The intent is to encourage people and provide practical assistance as they are starting their activities in the field. Desde la p&aacute;gina 50 a la 55 se dan a conocer trabajos de GORA sobre 18 asteroides, aportados por 21 observatorios de: Argentina, Per&uacute;, Espa&ntilde;a (con la colaboraci&oacute;n del grupo GOAS) y Australia (con la colaboraci&oacute;n de Julian Oey) y que involucr&oacute; a 22 astr&oacute;nomos aficionados y 2 astr&oacute;nomos profesionales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.minorplanet.info\/MPB\/issues\/MPB_48-1.pdf\">http:\/\/www.minorplanet.info\/MPB\/issues\/MPB_48-1.pdf <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cerramos este a&ntilde;o muy productivo para GORA. Observadores que aprovechamos el tiempo del confinamiento para destinar muchas horas de registro fotom&eacute;tricos de asteroides, que permitieron lograr resultados &uacute;tiles en el conocimiento de las rotaciones de estos cuerpos menores del sistema solar.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos terminando de redactar un paper en el que publicaremos los resultados obtenidos sobre 10 asteroides en este &uacute;ltimo trimestre de 2020.
