{"id":466,"date":"2024-07-10T11:51:05","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T14:51:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fcaglp.unlp.edu.ar\/?page_id=466"},"modified":"2026-06-19T11:15:46","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T14:15:46","slug":"inf-mayor-dedicacion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fcaglp.unlp.edu.ar\/index.php\/ciencia-y-tecnica\/inf-mayor-dedicacion\/","title":{"rendered":"INFORMES DE MAYOR DEDICACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-f6086d87\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns has-1-columns has-desktop-equal-layout has-tablet-equal-layout has-mobile-equal-layout has-vertical-unset\"><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"innerblocks-wrap\">\n<div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column-efd5bc6b\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Informes de Mayor Dedicaci\u00f3n 2024-2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONVOCATORIA PARA LA PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE INFORMES DE<\/strong> <strong>LAS ACTIVIDADES DEL PERSONAL CON MAYOR DEDICACI\u00d3N<\/strong> <strong>EN LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ASTRON\u00d3MICAS Y GEOF\u00cdSICAS &#8211; UNLP<\/strong><br><br>&#8211; <strong>Per\u00edodo de recepci\u00f3n:<\/strong>  <strong>Pr\u00f3rroga hasta el 26 de junio inclusive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSTRUCTIVO:<\/strong><br>El informe deber\u00e1 abarcar las actividades realizadas en el per\u00edodo comprendido entre el <strong>1\u00ba de enero de 2024 y el 31 de diciembre de 2025.<\/strong><br><br><strong>El mismo debe ser presentado por:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Docentes investigadores<\/strong> que hayan tenido dedicaci\u00f3n semi-exclusiva o exclusiva <strong>por seis (6) meses (o m\u00e1s) durante dicho per\u00edodo.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beneficiarios del Programa de Retenci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos de la FCAG<\/strong> que hayan permanecido en el <strong>Programa por seis (6) meses (o m\u00e1s) durante dicho per\u00edodo.<\/strong><br><br>El informe ser\u00e1 evaluado en base a las pautas indicadas en el archivo &#8220;Pautas IMD 2024- 2025&#8221; (disponibles al pie de p\u00e1gina), y considerando el Plan de Trabajo vigente durante el per\u00edodo a evaluar.<br><br>Para la confecci\u00f3n y env\u00edo del correspondiente informe, se deber\u00e1n seguir los siguientes pasos:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completar sus datos y producci\u00f3n en el sistema SIGEVA-UNLP (<a href=\"https:\/\/sigeva.unlp.edu.ar\/auth\/index.jsp\" title=\"\">https:\/\/sigeva.unlp.edu.ar\/auth\/index.jsp<\/a>). Recuerde que estos datos pueden ser importados desde el sistema SIGEVA-CONICET.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingresar al SIGEVA-UNLP con el <strong>rol &#8220;Usuario presentaci\u00f3n\/solicitud&#8221;, ir a &#8220;Convocatorias&#8221; y &#8220;Postular&#8221; a Informe gen\u00e9rico &#8220;IMD 2024-2025&#8221; &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Facultad de Ciencias Astron\u00f3micas y Geof\u00edsicas&#8221;<\/strong>. El sistema identificar\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n y datos correspondientes al per\u00edodo a informar de manera autom\u00e1tica. Se deber\u00e1 controlar que cada \u00edtem haya sido incluido de manera correcta, y corregir lo que considere necesario siendo posible agregar informaci\u00f3n en esta etapa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la secci\u00f3n <strong>&#8220;Archivos adjuntos&#8221;<\/strong> del sistema SIGEVA-UNLP deber\u00e1 cargar los siguientes archivos en formato PDF:<br><br>a) <strong>PLAN DE TRABAJO <\/strong>para el pr\u00f3ximo per\u00edodo, incluyendo las actividades de investigaci\u00f3n, extensi\u00f3n universitaria\/difusi\u00f3n y transferencia si correspondiera. El formato es libre y se pide, en lo posible, que no supere las tres carillas.<br>b) <strong>FORMULARIO ANEXO <\/strong>correspondiente a actividades Docentes, de Extensi\u00f3n y Transferencia (disponible al pie de p\u00e1gina). Todos los \u00edtems deber\u00e1n ser completados. Si no existen actividades a informar, debe consignarse &#8220;sin actividad&#8221;. Los trabajos publicados que se mencionen en el informe y que no sean accesibles desde la Instituci\u00f3n (en forma electr\u00f3nica o por biblioteca), deber\u00e1n ser adjuntados al Anexo en formato pdf.<br>c) <strong>M\u00d3DULO III IMD 2024-2024 <\/strong>que ser\u00e1 completado por <strong>RESPONSABLES de UNIDADES EJECUTORAS <\/strong>(que hayan tenido o no una Mayor Dedicaci\u00f3n en sus cargos durante el per\u00edodo a informar) deben presentar, adem\u00e1s, el Informe parcial o final de la\/s Unidad\/es Ejecutora\/s empleando el archivo <strong>&#8220;M\u00f3dulo III IMD 2024-2025&#8221; <\/strong>(disponible al pie de p\u00e1gina). Este archivo debe ser enviado junto con el resto de los documentos solicitados s\u00f3lo en el caso que corresponda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Una vez completados los pasos 1 a 3, se seleccionar\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n &#8220;enviar&#8221; y luego se descargar\u00e1 el &#8220;Formulario gen\u00e9rico&#8221; generado por dicho sistema.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descargar el CV completo de SIGEVA-UNLP.<br><br>Se deber\u00e1n enviar a <strong>mayor.dedicacion@fcaglp.unlp.edu.ar <\/strong>los siguientes documentos en un <strong>\u00fanico archivo y en formato pdf<\/strong> con el Asunto: <strong>&#8220;APELLIDO-NOMBRE IMD 2024-2025 FCAG&#8221;<\/strong>:<br><br><strong>1) Plan de trabajo.<br>2) Formulario Anexo.<br>3) Formulario gen\u00e9rico (generado por Sigeva-UNLP).<br>4) CV Sigeva UNLP completo.<br>5) M\u00f3dulo III (s\u00f3lo en el caso que corresponda).<\/strong><br><br><strong>IMPORTANTE: No se solicita la presentaci\u00f3n impresa de ning\u00fan documento o formulario. Todo debe ser enviado en formato digital al correo antes mencionado<\/strong>.<br><br>La Comisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 redactar un breve dictamen fundamentando en cada caso la calificaci\u00f3n de &#8220;Aceptable&#8221;, &#8220;No Aceptable&#8221; o &#8220;No Presentado&#8221;. En este \u00faltimo caso se intimar\u00e1 fehacientemente al involucrado para que presente el informe en un plazo de treinta (30) d\u00edas corridos a partir de la notificaci\u00f3n. De no cumplirse con la presentaci\u00f3n en este nuevo plazo se elevar\u00e1n las actuaciones al Consejo Directivo para que proceda a la cancelaci\u00f3n de la Mayor Dedicaci\u00f3n.
